Students of the School of Foreign Economic Activity visited a furniture factory and a plant producing auto components

As part of the VAVS educational program “School of Foreign Economic Activity”, students from Ulyanovsk universities conducted a practical lesson on planning supplies and purchasing goods at existing enterprises. Students visited a furniture factory, which is equipped with Italian and German equipment, modern machines and produces furniture of European quality.
The second enterprise is a plant that produces transmission elements for the original equipment of cars: clutches, gearbox parts and bearings. The company is also engaged in the restoration of bearings for railway transport and industry.

Employees of the enterprises conducted an introductory tour and talked about the nuances in planning procurement and logistics for their production facilities.
The VAVS company understands the importance of gaining practical experience and provides university students with the opportunity to undergo training, internships and get acquainted with real processes in the company.

The school’s first enrollment was launched in November this year.

VAVS free educational program on foreign economic activity for senior students is an intensive program aimed at training highly qualified specialists, future personnel of the company in the field of procurement, logistics and cargo transportation. Based on the results of completing the course, the best graduates are admitted to the staff. Training and internships are conducted under the guidance of highly qualified mentors – leading employees of the VAVS company.
